Stretching is key when preparing for workouts. It’ll really help you in the long run, whether you have arthritis or not. I always stretch before running, and it’s been really helping.

I have an inflatable hot tub that I use for my Arthritis as it is less expensive than a fixed model. I use it every day as soon as I get up and it helps the mobility of my joints. If I did not use it I would not be able to function.
