I also get really bad neck pains and bad headaches. The pain goes into my shoulders. The last time I had it, it lasted about three or four months. I went to a chiropractor, and that didn’t help. However, he suggested I ice it down for at least 20 minutes, four times a day. When I repeatedly did this, it finally went away.

truck driving job is really one demanding job that requires a person to be physically and mentally fit. many have said that truck driving job is one of the unhealthiest profession in US due to their lifestyle and I also agree that they are also prone to sleep apnea and many other disease/illness like high blood pressure/cholesterol and others. Because of that it is really best and advisable that every truck driver should have an insurance for his security as well. i think a health insurance is already included in some trucking companies’ package.
truck driving is a very important component of our economy that’s why we should take care of our truck drivers and of course these drivers should also learn to take good care of themselves since their health is very important to perform their jobs well.
